White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery eliminates the worries of your NuStep sitting outside unattended and you having to bring it inside and move it yourself. (*See below for information about traditional, non-white glove delivery). With White Glove Delivery, our couriers will carefully deliver your NuStep, bring it inside and set it up where you want it. They will remove all packaging (including the palette) and haul it away. 

Adding White Glove Delivery is simple. Just add it by checking the "White Glove Delivery" box at checkout.

*Traditional freight companies will not bring your NuStep to your door, and will instead drop it off at the closest access point of your property. This means that you must be prepared to have your machine moved up any stairs on both the exterior and interior of your home. The drivers do not and will not do this. They are simply responsible for transporting and dropping off your NuStep. Since NuStep machines weigh hundreds of pounds and are pre-assembled, we are unable to ship them using common delivery services such as UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, etc. You will also be responsible for disposing of all packaging (palette, plastic, etc.) that comes with the NuStep.
