How Do I Get Help If My NuStep is Not Functioning Properly?
If your NuStep isn't working how it used to, don't worry. Call us at # and we will do whatever we can to try and get it fixed. If you are unsure exactly what is wrong with your NuStep, please do not try and fix it yourself.
What Should I Use to Clean My NuStep?
We recommend using non-abrasive, non-toxic cleaners to clean your NuStep. Bleach and Alcohol based cleaners may discolor the surfaces, so natural and manufacturer recommended cleaners are best.

What is White Glove Delivery?
White Glove delivery includes freight transportation to your address and placement inside your home. The delivery company will contact you prior to the delivery to schedule a date and time (4 hour window) for your delivery. The delivery personnel place your NuStep in your chosen location within your home. They will also take the product packaging material away from your home.
Prior to delivery, please ensure there is a clear path to the location you want your NuStep cross trainer placed. Delivery personnel will not move furniture.
Will the Delivery Staff Teach me How To Use the NuStep?
Our delivery staff are contracted by NuStep Store and therefore are not trained on how to properly use NuStep equipment. We are happy to provide any information needed over the phone. There are also many online resources available to help guide you.
